Dr. Girish PV is the Chief Executive Officer of The Right Bite Sleep and TMJ Pain Care. He is an eminent neuromuscular orthodontist and TMJ specialist. In addition to treating his patient’s teeth, he also addresses the whole face and associated structure, which includes airway posture, and temporomandibular joint.

Since 2015, he has been treating TMJ and sleep apnea patients with the neuromuscular dentistry approach. Dr. Girish became the first person in India to use the DOME process for treating patients suffering from adult sleep apnea. He participated in various conferences and spoke on topics related to orthodontics and TMJ. His focus is on detection and cure with neuromuscular orthodontics using Axio-Myokinesiography. He intends to educate other orthodontists like him about the risk extraction protocols pose, and make sure that such types of treatment are avoided in orthodontic treatment.

Dr. Girish PV has more than 18 years of clinical dental experience. He has been using neuromuscular orthodontics for non-extraction and expansion, solely focusing on ‘Airway Focused Orthodontics’. He worked as a dentist as well as orthodontist at Smile Architect Dental and Implant Centre in Bangalore for more than 12 years. Presently, he works as a CEO and orthodontist at The Right Bite Sleep and TMJ Pain Care.

Dr. Girish PV’s expertise lies in TMJ, dental sleep medicine, and airway management techniques. He is the only dentist in India with DNA (sleep apnea) appliance training. Dr. Girish has specislisation in MSE appliances for treating snoring and sleep apnea. Additionally, his expertise also lies in Invisalign and accelerated orthodontics.
